I plan to get a couple ghost shrimp this weekend and i need to know if they will attack my fish. Im not worried about my 10g, just the 2.5g. i was planning to keep a single ghost shrimp with my guppy fry. Will they eat the fry?
You'll be ok, ghost shrimp are perfectly harmless.
Just watch them, as many people have brought home what they thought were ghost shrimp, only for them to develop into long arm prawns and wipe out half a tank!
This is one of two circumstances that I'm hopeing for with the shrimp I bought last night. Most are over 2" already, so doesn't seem like they are normal ghost shrimp. Time will tell I guess.
