Glass Top

Howdy all, hope someone has some info of where to get this on the web, I'm looking for the hinge and back strip replacement for my glass tops. I just acquired an 85 gallon tank, and the glass tops are in good shape, but the hinges are shot and the back strip is cutout for what the previous owner had hooked up.

Any help would be appreciated.
