Gold Gourami Sick?

i have a 1yr old Gold Gourami (3inches) that hasn't been using his fin on his left side for a couple of days. I've noticed a pinkish-white growth at the base of the fin. Now he justs swims around to eat and usually justs sits in a corner. He is the dominant fish in the tank. I regularly put aquarium salt in the tank.

other fish in tank:

2 blue paradise gouramis (1.5 inches each)
1 dwarf albino pleco (1inch)

Do your Gouramis fight at all? And what size tank is it? The pinkish white growth you describe at the base of his fin sounds like Lymphocystis. I would move it to another tank to prevent it from spreading.
