goldfish with Black spots...

This damn goldfish which was forced upon me is terrorizing my tank, and now he has ich or some black stuff on his bdy. Anyone familiar with goldfish? I am seriously considering flushing him, sorry to say it, but he is destroying my plants (already ripped up a beautiful riccia-encrusted rock I made). Anyone have an idea?

Goldfish + plants = no plants.

Either rehouse him (or give him to the chick who gave him to you) or see if the LFS will take him.

I took him out, and am trying to figure out what to do now... I leave for California in the morning, so not many options really... I think a small bowl is in his future, but I'm really not looking to take care of this thing long term!

To be happy, goldfish need a minimum 20g tank. Set one up for him, and he will live for many years.
