Good lights for Nano reef?

Hey an ebay seller has these for 3.99, are they any good for a nano reef?

Its just the a fluorescent tube, youll pobably want a few of these over a nano.

oh so those are just your straight forward, non beneficial spectrum lights? are they the same as the ones you'd find at walmart, or do they have some benefits?

They are fine, you just want a lot of wattage meaning more tubes.

Actually they contain quite a lot of red and yellow spectrum, and not so much blue.

They're too weak and the colour is no good. Waste of your money. You'd be better off getting some sunlight on your tank in all honesty
