Gorumais Feelers, Is it Ok?

Well i have a 46 gallon bowfront set up as a community tank, I have one moonlight gourmai, 4 small cichlids, 2 2inch albino red tailed sharks, and 2 2inch small pleco, the other day i noticed that one of my gourmais feelers was cut or bitten off, his other feeler is about 4 inchs to 5 inches
now the other one is about an inch or so maybe less, i he ok? or is it bad that this happened to him (i know its not good, but is there something extremly bad I ont know about)

I have two dwarf gouramis and when I got the first one he was missing one. It is three months later now and it has just about grown completely back. He probably got into a disagreement or got picked on by the cichlids though. But, it will grow back.
