I just re-stocked my tank using Bio Spira. I have a 37 gallon, and it is cycled, but it only had 4 serpae tetras in it. I added 5 Black Phantom Tetras, 8 Cardinal tetras, a Bristlenose, and 1 long fin tetra that wouldnt stay out of the net while she was getting the fish I wanted so she just gave it to me. I added bio spira, and then I added the new batch of fish. Hopefully everything goes well and all levels of everything stay where they should. I'll be keeping an eye on my new babies!

that's alot of fish to add all at once, I would have spaced them out over time, but I'm sure they'll be fine.
The Bio Spira will jump start your cycle.

I haven't gotten to the Cardinal Tetrasm, even my lfs says they have trouble keeping them alive. But we have gotten some glo-lites and they've done fine. Neons are next, but am waiting till I get my 55gal. up and running.

Is your tank planted? What's the specs on the water testing?

It is a lot of fish at once, but the tank was already cycled before I added them. I also added the Bio Spira which should make up in the difference in bio load. The tank just has artifical plants and rock work. Last water test was pH of 7.6, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrAte <20. I only added so many fish at once because thats what the Bio Spira package suggests. If the bacteria doesnt have a full fish load, a lot of the beneficial bacteria will die, pretty much negating the use of the product.
