I finally got the foods set up for my fish. I know how and what im feeding after about a year of not getting anywhere. I know its a while but better late than never, that and so many choices.

Its flakes every day, frozen brine shrimp supposedly cryogenically frozen made by Sallys the San Francisco Bay brand every other day, and also freezed dried blood worms on the days with no brine shrimp.

ALso my lfs finally got in a garlic extract. Still havent used it but it looks promising. Its made by seachem and seems virtually the same as Kents garlic extract garlic extreme. Everywhere around here had the Kent product for like 20 bucks for a small bottle. So im using that to entice my pleco and shark with their food but only twice a weak or so. It was on kents website that it can make some fish go crazy or something so i dont wanna use it often.

Because Garlic Xtreme is very strong and fish are extremely sensitive to chemical cues and scents in the water, it's not recommended that you exceed 2 drops per feeding, or fish may become confused.-This was off of the Hidden Reef. Cheaper there-oh well seachem should work.

Has anyone ever used the seachem product? Any ideas on how well it might work. Im gonna soak algae and shrimp pellets in there with some fish food maybe. Or else i might just use 1 drop for ten or twenty gallons. Either one should work.

what they mean is just don't use real exessive amounts of g.extract on one peice of food.when i feed i put on drop on each wafer and one drop on the frozen food as well. i have never seen my fish go crazy although the do get real excited about their food when i use garlic.just put a drop on the food or put the food in a teaspoon and soak it with water and a drop of g.extract.if you have more quesions just ask
