Gotta get a loach, but what about my shrimp?

I have a Lovely plant set-up that is just getting devastated by snails.

Every night, I pick lots and lots and lots of the little buggers off of the glass, yet they still return!

I understand that loaches are voracious snail eaters, but will there be any risk to my 6 algae-eating shrimp?

depends the size of the loach and the shrimp

my yoyo loach didn't eat the shrip i used to have my zebras killed them though.
