It seems the agressive chasing between my 2 honey dwarf gouramis is getting just a lil worse each day, but only during feeding time or when i interact, normally one is in the cave and the other is messing around in the aquarium, why is it the agression is getting worse it seems, nothing serious though just chasing. The betta doesnt receive nor give any agresion they actually seem to be doing fine as a shock just the gourami's actin agressive. why is this?

If one is always hiding, that means it is stressed. Period. End of story. The only fish in which hiding is considered par for the course are plecos and catfish (mainly because they're nocturnal).
As misterking said, move them to a MUCH bigger tank (I wouldn't even have two gouramis in a 55gal tank, unless they're pearl gouramis which are more peaceful, even toward members of their own species) and, if you were looking for the optimal solution, get rid of one of them.

Male gouramis being very territorial and don't get along just like bettas, I have two male dwarf gourami co-exist in a 55g with many barriers and plants to keep their interest away from each other, you can place more plants and barriers such as rocks, make caves facing two seperate ways to create two options for a territory in the tank away from each other.
You can also get rid of one or maybe get another tank for one and have a small community tank and save yourself the trouble of remodeling for two fish, depending on your tank size it may not work.

Petco just had a sale on tanks, but it wasn't a very good deal considering it was just on empty tanks without hoods. The deal was a dollar per gallon, so an empty 55 gallon tank would be $55. I can't seem to find good deals on large tanks at retail price other than Wal*Mart. I like to use Craigslist.
I, personally, would not place two gouramis in a 10 gallon tank, especially if you're a beginner. I can still see a lot of aggression in a 10 gallon. It would be great if you could rehome them.
