Gourami sick

i have 2 big Gold Gouramis and 4 Blue with the black dot on the side.One of the Blue Gouramis sits on the bottom of the aquarium.it looks like his tail fins are pointing down. he eats and can swim put real slow and his tail stays pointing down.. any help would be great .

Well lets start off with what your water parameters are. Also what size tank do you have? What are some other inhabitants.

I have a 65 gallon tank there are 6 Clown loatches.2 gold Gouramis.4 blue gouramis.2 rainbows. and 2 angel fish.
my water test are AMM.0.1 NAT.1.0 NIT 0
