Gouramis and guppies?

Hey guys, I've got some male and female guppies, and two male dwarf gouramis - currently in separate tanks. Would these two groups be able to mix together in the same tank?

It should be fine as long as the two gouramis are already getting along. Dwarf gouramis are pretty passive and just need peaceful tankmates (which guppies are).

It should work... I have a 5" blue Gourami(which is considerable more aggressive than a dwarf) in a tank with a whole herd of >1" guppies, and all is well. Any babies they have get eaten, but that is fins by me; I don't want the entire tank to be overrun with guppies.
