Green Terror Size?

What is the max size for a male and Female GT? I've heard many different things from 6"-13". Thanks.

8-9 for a female
9-11 for a male

i had one for about 2 years and he was maybe 7-8 inches and about 2 in. thick. great fish but he was VERY aggresive,i love em!

i once saw a VERY large male at 13in. however, the above sizes posted are probably more likely.

well under ideal living conitions (big tank good water) a Green Terror probly can get a good 13 inches, wouldnt doubt it

ive seen a gt at a lfs, that was about 7 in.

Ive seen a 10-11" GT at my LFS, taken care of well in a home aquarium I'd assume that they would get that big.

How fast did the GT grow ?

actually he grew really fast, he was aroung 6-7 in. in 5 or 6 months and i bought him when he was maybe an inch long

its a 150 and its been down for a year or two unfortunatly i had to get rid of my GT

i had 3 balas and they got huge!!! nobody messed with them at all

i just now set the tank back up, its been a reef tank and i like freshwater fish alot better so im going back

GT3050 the red devil and green terror constantly fought but never actually touched each other they would just be nose to nose and swim back and forth kind of like a tug of war and thats not a jag its a manganuese(sp)on the top left,The green terror would kill the african cichlids
