i've had that happen before too. once tigers are set in an established tank, or a new sort of tank, and they make it their home... they don't like anyting to be changed, at all. so the next thing you ought to do, is some water changes, to keep the levels down... i've only had one barb ever recover from that wierd swim bladder disfunctional thing, and he lived for a while, but the second time through he didn't make it. you just gotta be patient. add air to the water, and feed them to keep the barb swimming... when he lies down in the base of the gravel... its the end. i hope he gets better!

You obviously have an ammonia problem.

You need an ammonia and nitIte test kit, and do a 50% water change right now.Monitor these levels, doing water changes as needed, when it approches too high of levels.

The clouding is free floating bacteria.

Did you keep all your filter stuff and gravel, with out washing it?
It will help if you did.
