Growth on Albino Claw Footed Frog !! Help !!

Please Help me!! My Albino Claw Footed Frog has a weird abnormal bump/growth on his side. Its under his skin like a tumor or something. Does anyone know what it could be ?

I looked up some frog diseases and the closest thing it could be is dropsy but i dont think thats it. He's not bloated all the way around, its just a round lump petruding out his right side only. It seems to definately be full of air though because its always popping above the water line and it seems hard for him to stay under water. I'm still unsure....
Do you think i should try treating him for bloat/dropsy ??
