Guppies for food?

Can I feed guppy fry... raised by me... to my saltwater fish? I am getting over run with these things quickly and I don't know what do to with them!

Since they are raised by me and I know the tank is clean and they are being fed good food, can I feed them as a snack everyonce in awhile?

I don't see why not. Guppies can live in full salt water as well as fresh water.

i would say no.... you dont wanna make a habit of feeding live foods since it will get your fish used to preying on smaller fish and inverts

Defiantely NO. FW fish are very fatty fish, and SW are "fit" fish. Idk about the side effects yet, but i know it is not a good thing. It would be better if you just used BBS which is better anyway, or a frozen food such as mysis.

quaddity- i dont think guppies can live in SW. otherwise everyone would have guppies in their SW tanks. Guppies can however live in a slightly salty water, but this is only in the home tank used for treating parasites.
