Guppy problems

Ok today was tank clean up day. When I took my fish out, I noticed one of my guppies has a hole on his top fin and another was missing pieces of his tail. So I put salt it the water to see if that helps. Is there something else I have to do?

Well you can try quaraine your guppy and treat it for fin rot. I would keep using the salt to reduce the stress.

if the fins look bad, you could also use melafix. works wonders on growing back fins, and it smell great too!
