Harlequin Rasboras Breeding/Rasing fry

I've read all the fish profiles on breeding them but I can't find any pages about breeding them specifically, it seems to be a rare subject.
I believe I have a few fry, I'll know once they're free swimming, otherwise I'm looking at an empty tank. I lost quite a few eggs to fungus after they dropped to the bottom.
I'll continue to let them spawn after I figure out if I have fry or not, I've considered collecting rainwater for better breeding conditions. (slowly acclimating them of course)

They're very difficult to breed- they spawn on broad-leafed plants in soft water and that's all I know. Good luck, harlies are great fish!
