are you sure there is such a species? i dont know, but i have NEVER heard of a "sunset gourami" besides a dwarf sunset, why do you want to know if there is such a gourami known as a sunset gourami?

You've discovered the problem with common names! I've kept almost every flavor of gourami that can be kept in an aquarium but I had never heard of a sunset gourami until you posted your question. Based on some research I find that there is a 'Sunset' variant of the Thick-lipped Gourami, Colisa labiosa. Here are a couple of links you can check:
