Hi Everyone,
I think this forum is terrific and have been reading for a few days. I've found it very helpful and informative. I was wondering if someone could help me identify some small black dots I noticed on my Angelfish tonight. The dots look indented. A couple weeks ago I noticed a few of the dots, but didn't think anything of it, but tonight within the space of a couple hours, he developed the large 'cluster'. Could this be a parasite?
I've had him about 2 months and he's in a 46 gal bowfront. He is eating and swimming around normally - nothing about his behaviour seems to have changed. In fact he eats quite a bit and has tripled in size since I got him.
I perform weekly (sometimes 2x weekly) water changes and my water parameters are all normal:
NitrAte: 10
NitrIte: 0
Ammonia: 0
Any suggestions? Sorry if I left something out, I'm trying to give lots of info.
