heater and filter for a 2 gallon and 5 gallon?

just thinking bout settin up a 2g and a 5g. Am keeping my problamatic CAE in the 5g with baby platy and baby cherry barb. In the 2g im hoping to keep some neons or a betta.

just wanted to know how many neons i can keep in a 2g and what filtration and wattage heater i will need for both the 2g and 5g?

Do you have the 2 gallon tank yet? If not, I'd say, get an eclipse... the motor in the filter keeps it plenty warm. If you do, a small airdriven corner and you can get 7.5 watt heaters at walmart that seem to work pretty well..
