hello all, my name is Kira, new to this board but I've probably read every post on here  8)  I think it's a great thing, I actually used a lot of the info on here when setting up my newest tank, because I had to leave my old ones back home when moving down here to sunny SD.  I'm not really a newbie, but not nearly as experienced as some of these people on here, so I've still got a lot to learn  *thumbsupsmiley*  just saying hello!

Welcome.

Here in Anaheim.  Go Angels!

But if you want good deals on fish, I can hook you up with some wholesalers around here.

There is a guy that breeds fish locally here in S. Cal.  He sells it to wholesale price to the LFS but you can buy as many as you want.

I have to dig up his email.  I lost all my email address after a computer crash.

Might want to check www.recycler.com

diving? ummm...I have a deep water phobia. however, I do know there's a place called La Jolla Cove, I go there a lot to just walk around, it's absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. it's an ecological reserve, you wouldn't be able to take any fish home with you :) but a lot of people go diving there to look at the submarine canyons and whatnot. sorry, can't be of much more help :)
