Centropyge are all good, bicolors, eibliis, flavissima, vroilicki, tibicen are the most likely nippers. But you have a good chance with most of them if you keep them well fed - people say 50:50, but it's not, I'd say it's 80 or 90 % safe. Genicanthus won't nip, but are harder to keep. I had a lamarckii, and it needed a lot of feeding (liek an anthia). As for the others, it's hit or miss. Small emporer is a possibility I guess. I would think Chaetodonplus mesoluceus or Apolomichthys xanthurum are very likely to nip.
Or, if you can get a good one, get a small majestic, accept the losses that might happen, and accept that angels are the ultimate aquarium fish....
