Help choosing tanks

Should I get the AGA Overflow 75g tank or the Oceanic 75g Overflow tank? I heard the AGA already has a float valve system to stop the gurgle as the Oceanic does not and you have to make a D'urso Standpipe. Which is better? Anyone have experience with these?

Yeah it's a lot cheaper than the Oceanic Reef Ready with the stand and all.. I can get an AGA overflow with a stand, double strip lights and hood for $400
