I posted in saltwater disscussin and didn't get a lot of help, even though a couple people did try.

I wonder if this in more of a nano tank problem. Is a 29G considered Nano? Anyway I've had this 29G set up for 5 weeks now and everything was cycling nicely. I started with 5 gallons esablished reef water. I have the same blue and yellow damsel I started with, but have had to replace a domino damsel a couple times. In this tank I had 2 small damsels, 8 little blue and red crabs (baha) and 2 good snails. The salinity and water test well, I do regular water changes with RO water and everything seemed fine. Then the night before last, 5 crabs left their shells, they are still crawling around without them. I put a bunch of new little shells in there and it hasn't helped. I added a new tank heater and the tank is at 78 degrees. This morning I noticed the domino didn't look well, had a couple whitish dots on him. Within 3 hours he was dead.

Now I've noticed a slight brownish tint on the crushed white coral on the bottom and a couple of the crabs have a light whitish fuzz on their back half. Any ideas as to what could be happening? Do I need to medicate? Waterchange? PLEASE HELP!
