as i type this i have the aggresive one is a flower vase.
are they just establishing a pecking order and this will blow over or am i going to have to seperate the original one which i really dont want to do

Bettas are a fish that have been bred in captivity for hundreds of years. Their behavior varies quite a bit. Some just will not tolerate their own kind at all, some are more mellow and nothing bothers them.

I've not kept them personally, so hopefully others that do can chime in with specific advice on your original and now new bettas.

How large is your tank? Is it heated and cycled?
Well, if you're going to start a sorority, it is recommended to have at least a 15 gallon tank with 5 girls. If your tank is large enough, the more girls you have, the less aggression there will be.
They are establishing a pecking order.
Please do not keep your betta in this vase. Bettas need heated and filtered tanks and even if it is a temporary home, your betta will not be healthy in the vase.
How did you add the girls to the tank? If you added the other females after your original female had established territory, there will be more fighting. Remove all the females and place them in clear cups in an area where they can look at each other for 15 or so minutes. Rearrange your tank decorations and add all the females to the tank at the same time. Do not pour the females into the tanks from the cups. Acclimate them properly. This means you need to float them in bags or cups in the tank and slowly add tank water to their cups so that they become used to the pH and temperature.
Bettas also need a lot of plants and decorations to hide in and establish territory.

Some girls just won't tolerate new members of a sorority being added. I have two girls in my 55gal right now, a cute little pink/lavender cambodian and a blue/red multi. A week or two ago I added a gorgeous little blue marble that matched my blue marble halfmoon male perfectly. Within a few days the new female was dead, yet I never saw any aggressive behavior between the females. My two girls get along just fine and hang around together all the time. So, the point of my little story is that some girls just won't tolerate each other, regardless of what you do.

yes the tank is cycled and heatedits been set up for some time and its a 20g tall with lots of plants and decor it also has some other fish in it the 3 bettas were added doing the bag float for about 35 mins give or take a few i didnt not keep my original girl in vase too long i added her back but kept her in a net and the other girls actually came up and looked at her and after i let her out of the net she went right after them with out missing a beat
anywyas...
the other 3 bettas seem to not care to much for each other atleast in an aggresive way
i have a 1 gal tank i can set up and remove my original lady but i might wait and see if things get better i would like them all to be in there due to all being very different in colors
im hoping the aggresive behavior stops
will i not be able to add another female to replace her after the other 3 establish

If the three newbies are okay with each other, they should be okay with new girls being added.

On a different note, I hope the 1gal would only be temporary. A 1gal really isn't big enough for even a female betta and it's nearly impossible to keep your water parameters steady, even with a filter. You'd be better off getting her into a 5gal tank or just rehoming her.
