i came home from work today, and my jaguar tilapia is on the bottom of the tank and barely moving, he was fine yesterday, it seems like his anal fin has soom sort of crystal crap on it and he does not look very good, i know its not fin rot and i know its not ick, if anyone can help please i dont know what is wrong
