i bought three "cichlids" from petsmart several months ago. About an hour ago, they were locking lips - "kissing". they then preceded to almost chase eachothers underbellys. if anyone knows what they are doing and could answer i would appreciate it. i read online that they are showing dominance.. but one of the fish was kind of sucking on the others lip and now has white stuff around its mouth. my boyfriends little brother thought maybe they were mating??!? either way i need to know what to do! thanks
