I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. If you want to buy wild caught Tanganyikans, there are many sellers in the US that already have a decent stock list. If they don't have what you want right now, most of them are willing to find what you are looking for.
If you want to START importing wild caught fish into the US, then I have no idea. Best bet I would think would be to try to contact other sellers and importers and get some tips from them.
