Help Me Please

My piranhas are going belly up i dont know what to do theyre 3years old now and i added sand into their tank and now their lives are slipping away i need emergency assistance

If you removed the previous substrate and replaced it with sand, you may have caused a mini cycle. Have you checked the ammonia or nitrites? A water change, and perhaps some Amquel will help if it is a mini cycle.

Stuff like that...when did you do your last water change?

Uum, how big is your tank? And do you test for what I listed above?
