Help me with the setup of this tank

#1
Okay, i already know some of you are going to be mad at me about what i'm doing with this tnak, cuz the fish don't really go together, but i want to atleast try!!
This is ONLY 1 idea out of like 5

15 gallon
Penguin bio-wheel filter
tronic heater
substrate sand
Driftwood, rocks, low-light plants

OKay well i was thinking putting 4 dwarf puffers, 2 kuhli loaches, 2 otoclinus, 2 cories, 2 dwarf frogs, 3 ghost shrimp, 2 white clouds, and 2 cherry babrs in this tank!!

Is it good or bad?

I was also thinking a setup for breeding of either blue rams or Kribs or maybeother cichlids that, 1 pair cna fit into, mayeb you can tell me some of them?

Then also thinking of a breeding betta tank

Then a grow up tank for baby fish and a section for breeding fish with a divider.

I really don't know, i would klike to try cichlids too, never had any except for blue rams, well more ideas will be appreciated, please no frog, crab, etc... exhibits i want this one to be pure water!!

your dwarf puffers are gonna eat the fingers/toes off your frogs, tails off your white clouds, and your entire shrimp...

other than that its a great idea....
despite the fact that would be one heck of an overstocked tank.
