Help my loaches

one of my clown loaches have funny strange blackish spots around his mouth and some around on his back. they are not growths they just look like someone has got a pen a put dots on him with a felt tip pen. ill try and get a picture soon.

I beleive that is called velvet disease and it is curable but wait for one of the more experienced people to chime in.

A few "freckles" on clown loaches are normal. Is it possible that's what these are? Some close up pics would really help.

i have now noticed some black marks on my parrot, its really hard to get pictures though guys so bear with me.

if you turn off the lights for about 15 mins they will think its time to sleep, so if you then turn the lights back on after 15 mins, they should be still sleeping and very still. They normally lose some color while sleeping, but if you take the pics as soon as you turn the light on they will be quite still

Are the spots raised, do they move? Have you checked your parameters?

Have you checked the disease ID links on the diseease sticky?

They could possibly be fish lice, but it's hard to see from the pic.

no there are not raised and i have not seen them move. i'll check the stickies now. sorry about the pic but its the best i can get.

It is possible it is just thier coloring coming in. If the fish are acting strange or any different then maybe you should look into it.
