HELP! My NEW pink convicts aren't eating.

I am not sure what to feed them, they are new to me but are adults. I bought them at a fish swap and since I have had expierence with Cichlids (they have always eaten anything and everything, live, pellet or flakes) I didn't think to ask what they had been feeding them, DUH! I know. Please if anyone has any suggestions I would appriciate it, I love them and would like them to be around for a long time!

if they are new fish like today or yesterday new turn the light out and wait like 3 days total until you feed them. once you drop food in theyll be all over it. it takes starvation to change a fish's diet from live to pellets and vice versa.
