HELP something wrong with my gourami

Everything has been going fine until like 2 days ago when I noticed what looked like 3 inch long white poo hanging from my dwarf gourami. Now today I get up and from his eyes down he is a weird blue color and he used to be all orange. He is kind of just swimming in one place which is nt normal for him. I checked and ammonia is 0, nitrites are 0 and nitrates are 10. Does anyone know what this could be and what I could do about it?

Wow thats weird, Ummm did you look up the normal diseases that gouramis get, That would probly help the most. Ill look up some and PM you if I find anything.

i think it may be iridovirus. I read a little on it and he has some of the symptoms. Seems kind of weird though that he was fine for 3 months and then suddenly gets this. From what I have read it is untreatab;e so I guess I just have to wait for him to die. I am just so sad
