help with lemon tetras

hi my names aimee and i'm quite new to the whole fish world. I have 2 2 foot tanks and 1 4 foot.

at the moment i am trying 2 breed lemon tetras but without much success. the pH is set to 6.5, GH is at 5 degrees and they have has the whole two weeks seperation and feed bloodworms and brineshrimp process but still no luck! Any tips?

how many lemon tetras do u have?

are you sure there are enough females to males (3-1)

i have 13 lemons and 4 of them are males so its almost right. is it better to let them breed in the same tank they have been conditioned in or to move them in their selected groups to a tank set up for breeding? I have also heard about using filtered rain water as a way to spur on breeding. does this have any truth to it?
