Help with Yellow Eyed Tang

We purchased a yellow eyed tang and two weeks after we had it we noticed brown circles by the fron fins and at the top if the dorsal. The tang turned a light pink color also. Around his mouth it looked like a cottony substance. The pet store told us this was probably ich and they recommended a treatment. That tang ended up dying.

We have a new tang now, we have had it for three days. I see whitish circle spots on him now. One on one side by his front fin and one on the other side at the top of his dorsal. Around his mouth there is whitish spots too.

What could this be, and what do you recommend?

Now the spots are brown

Yes, they did tell me it was Ich...now we are treating for fungus instead

Now the white spots are brown and the Yellow eye is getting more pale!! This is what happened to the last one.

We are on part II of a three part fungus treatment with Maracyn.

HELP!
