Smokey got over the divider and SHREDDED Marbles fins to pieces!!!

How hw did this is a mystery and I was not expecting to see this this morning at all!

What can I use to fix marbles fins?

Some one can IM me that would be great..neenurb2003 YIM...

I have the bettafix fin stuff at my work!! I can use that in a hospital tank!!!

Oh I'm sorry that stinks. Not real great at medicines but I'd try what you have...hopefully he'll be ok.

I put him in my old goldfish bowl and medicated the water and smokey is in the other tank, manhe is not even touched at all,

Well I guess we know who was the winner there. The bettamax is your best bet. I find Melafix to be to harsh for bettas and can only assume that it burns the labyrinth organ. Every time I have tried it the fish was dead withing minutes.

IME tank dividers are crap. We've tried them many times trying to keep guppies separated. Not once were they 100% effective. Someone always got to the other side. And like you I have no clue how. Could not see any gaps to allow this. So yeah, I would get another small tank for the other betta.

Well I thnk heis spent from being attacked al night I have a feeling his dismise is soon....Heis hanging out at the bottom of the tank so that there tells me he will not make it for much longer.

Don't give up hope yet!! That's how Flounder was acting, and he pulled through his sick days, quite nicely at that. There is still hope.

But i agree, don't give up hope... there's a chance your Betta will get better!!
