So... I've been thinking, i want that tnak and that tank etc... I decided i was going to get a 10 gallon tnak or change my 20 glalon into a nano Salt water tank, but i don't know anything about salt water tanks. See i was thinking of doing either an all shrimp tank (Cuz they are beautiful) or doing 2 gobies and a shrimp and make them partners and make htem have a burrow together and then maybe another msall fish or soemthing!!

So if you could help me that would be very ncie of you.
I don't want one person to say do research, becuase that's a mean/annoying thing to say so if you don't wnat to help, just leave thank you!! LOl was that mean?

Oh and yeha this should be in the saltwater section you know, but i like the freshwater messageboard area LOL!!

LINKS will help too

Yes a nano reef is a bad place to start. but you could do a shrimp tank. just get some live sand and some live rock. keep an eye on your cycle levels. although it should already be cycled with live rock and sand. get the shrimp and enjoy.

Obviously its not that easy but you do get the idea. I assume you have somewhat of an idea of whats involved. You may want to upgrade your lighting. Just go ahead and do it. but be careful cause as soon as you have a salt water tank your gonna have urges to put other inverts in. and thats where the problems will arise. But i say worry about that when the time comes.

Good luck

Why don't you want to do research? You know you'll have to sooner or later. If anything happens, you're the person who's there, and the more informed you are, the better your decision. It's your tank and we can't make decisions for you. And anyway, do some research upfront and your life will be a lot easier, and more enjoyable

I have to agree with Wayne. You ask for advice, but don't mention that you've been reading up on SW or doing some type of research. I'd bet that you probably won't even end up with a SW tank, so any of the free advice you recieve will go in vain...
