hi im new here and thought id introduce myself...my names shane from the north west of ireland and im pretty new to fish keeping.*BOUNCINGS

i have a 25.5 gallon tank with 3 platies 3 cories and a female betta. and i also have my first 3.5gal tank with my male betta(who has developed a fin biting habit recently if anyone can help?)

anyways ive have found alot of good advice here so i thought i'd join and il try and get some pics up soon.*celebrate

but yeah when i first got him in august he chewed a good bit off but it grew back nicely..then a few weeks ago they were all ragged and i caught him at it yesterday he took a hell of a chunk out...he only stopped when i opened the lid..kind of a bummer i was so happy when his tail grew back the first time...i think i seen a thread on this earlier tho so il see can i find it agen...thanks tho :-D

welcome to the tank. and well male bettas are like that sometimes. not sure if somethings caused it or not im not a betta person
