wow sounds like you've been having good luck with your tank. I want to start a 20 gallon tank soon. I'm pretty new here too, and I'm also REALLY new to the hobby of fishkeeping, i'm learning more and more everyday through friends, here, and books. Good luck with your tank and welcome to the forum! :) :)

Sounds like it sis. I hope you have good luck with them also. I just set up my 2 gallon today for my betta. He is getting picked on by the guppies, so I'm going to move him in a few days.

Do you add anything to the water when you start up a tank?

If you want to start a new thread, all you do is click on messageboard, Then you click on the section you what to post in eg. frestwater beginners. Then at the top of that page on the same live as the number of pages is where you can start a new thread. Hope this helps you get familar with the board.

LOL, That's cool dattack. We are not real sisters, but we have known each other for a while now. We started off in a chat room at yahoo about 5 years ago. There was a lot of us that used to chat together every night for about a year or so. Most of them have gone their own way, but Cathy and I have kept in contact with each other. We all called each other sis in chat, and it just seems funny to call her Cathy.
Kim.
