Hillstream Loaches

Do your hillstream loaches like any veggies??

My guy doens't eat the flakes, sinking alge tab or brine shrim.

Since I can't see in alge in my tank I am really worried that he is not getting enough to eat.

Anyones input would be great.

I have fed them blanched zucchini and blanched spinach before. Put it partially under a rock on one of their rocks and they hover over it chewing away.

Mine also LOVE frozen blood worms and frozen brine shrimp. I feed them these foods with a turkey baster, tedious, but they are slow eaters and if not the SAE and RTS would get everything.

I also feed them sinking algae wafers, just press them down hard onto a rock and they stick there.

I will have to give the zucchini and spinach a try since all my other fish eat everything before my loach gets any.

Well I added the spinach last night and it looks like there was a bit gone, but I didn't see it happen so I don't know who did it.

I left it in for today in hopes that he will eat sometime today but then I have to take it out.

He seems more active then normal, but I still have not seen him eat. He is not skinny so he must get something.
