LFS has these. Any one have any experience with these guys? Good or bad fish???? Just have learned to ask BEFORE buying. Hee, hee.

Acanthopsis choirorhynchus grows to about 8 in. Is carnivorous, and a bottom feeder. They're very peaceful and enjoy a little current in the tank. Hope that helps.

Had two. Both died within 2 weeks. Went back to the LFS. They just gave me my money back since no one could determine the cause of their expiration. My first experience with them shall be my last.

i've always liked those guys. they can grow to a good size if conditions are right. if you have small enough gravel, you can watch them suck it up in their mouth and spit it out their gills. mine had a penchant for burying himself so only his snout was visible. they are peaceful and whatnot.
