i got a horseshoe crab a few weeks ago it was only a small one, still white not greenish yet. it made its home under the sand at the bottom of my tank an i never see it much after that. then the other morning i turned on the marine blue light and saw what i thought was the horseshoe on top of the sand i took a longer look at it and it never moved then i saw some spikes sticking thought the sand on a greenish/gray boby. i put 2+2 toghter and realised that the crab had shed it skin.has anyone else had a horseshoe shed it skin?

i've never had a horseshoe crab, i've just read about em--here's what i can help u with
horseshoe crabs are not true crabs (true crabs are highly predatory and do shed their skin), but it is very likely that they shed their skin
