Hostage Crisis - Single Male, Blue Gourami attacks again!

I have a 30 gallon planted tank and have had 3 blue gourami's that have been living peacefully with other fish.

Until recently, the largest (who happens to be a male) has just started to become extremely territorial, has begun to chase fish to the opposite end of the tank and keeping them held hostage. It's mostly attacking the other gourami's but have chased my barbs and molly's as well.

Are there any recommendations or remedies to relieve this situation?

I have a similer problem, mine want hold the others hostage but he chases everyone around ALOT. I'm not to worried since no one seems to be getting hurt but maybe I should be.

I'd get rid of two of the gouramis. They're not really schooling fish, and will bully other blue gouramis to death.

I Have kept blue gouramis with chilids, and they got along - probably because the chilids are territorial too, but I could never keep them in a gourami tank. I think you will have to take the bully back to the petshop, unless you have another tank to put him in. When the other two get bigger, I would bet that they will become just has bad!!
