First since it looks like your tank is not drilled you'll need something like this
Siphon Overflow
Then a rubbermaid bin or old 10 gal tank and a Pump. Of course some piping to get the water to/from the tank...

That'll give you a working sump. What you put into it is a question for the more experienced salties around here...
