How much would it cost ( about ) to get 10lbs of live rock for my 10 gallon? I was at the pet store yesterday and I forgot to look. And i don't wanna go back today, because there's supposed to be a big snowstorm comming in. So how much would it cost for the live rock?

basically set it up in a tank it'll have a LOT of dieoff, lots of water changes, very stinky...takes a lot more time to cure uncured LR than it does to just cycle new LR in your tank. I dont know any specifics as I haven't ever done it.

yea a pound per gallon is correct, and uncured live rock isnt tough.....it is really easy...just put it in a tank and do the usual water changes...your all set, it doesnt smell bad once it is in the tank.....But it really is a preference, fill your tank till you like the way it looks, I have about 2.5 pounds per gallon in my tank, but I like a very full looking tank.

you can get is shipped to you for like 3-4$ per pound, sometimes more...it takes a couple weeks to cure...either stick it in your tank and let it cycle, if there is nothing else in the tank, otherwise stick it in a rubbermaid container with a pump and heater, and let it cure... I see your planning a 10 gallon, ordering online isnt going to be practical for you...justbuy it at your lfs, that way you know what rock shapes you want/need, and you can get them.
