How to clean filter with bio-wheel?

I am curious as to how I am supposed to clean my filter with the bio-wheel? What do you do with the bio-wheel whilescrubbing the filter?

Just leave the biowheel on the light or where ever. The bacteria will still be fine unless the biowheel dries out. It only takes maybe 10 minutes at max to clean a filter so the biowheel will be fine not rotating. Just dont clean the biowheel itself, clean the plastic bearings or the blue things and itll be fine.
