How to clean the water?

I did a water change yesterday after completing white spot treatment for just over a week. The water was lovely and clean before the change.Started going a little cloudy after the change ,but laterly I cant even see the fish. I am tempted to get some water clear solution but is this just masking the problem.

Is this SW or FW? If your treatment was an antibiotic you have killed the bacteria in your tank and it may be cycling again. Check the water parameters and do some small daily water changes if needed. Some of those meds also cloud the water.
