How to get Convicts to mello out?

I have three female convicts & 15 small zebra danios in a 30g long tank. I just got 2 male convicts, and two of the females are bullying the two new males and one of the old females into the corner.

Any ideas on how to get them to mello? I'm going to try and add more stonework / caves for them, but other than that? The two females are being pretty aggressive....

Ha, Ha, Ha...good luck, man...Those convicts are the devil in disguise...They will eat everything.........I had 1 male and 2 fem's............he breeded w/ one..........then ate it..........bred the other..........then ate it, too!!!!!!!!! In like a 3 week time span........HE DID DO WELL AS A FATHER, THOUGH!!!!!!!!
