How do you properly use a reverse omosis filter. Some only produce 100 gpd. Were do you store the extra water? I have a 100 galon african tanginikan tank. Once the water is filtered does it go straight to your tank? I assume you would know longer use dechlorinators etc.... The city of denton tap watr is no good.

Never used one, but seeing the setups of people who do most use water storage containers to hold the RO water until they are ready to put it into the tank. By using this storage tank you are then able to add any trace elements or buffers that you want too.

If you have a Tanganyikan tank then you need the hard water, and RO makes water very soft. What's wrong with the water where you live that makes you say its no good?
